Q. How long does a custom order take?

Because every item is crafted specifically for you, our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. For more complex custom items or bulk orders, it may take up to 7-10 business days. We prioritize quality over speed to ensure that every 'LTC' item meets our professional standards. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q. Can I upload my own artwork?

Absolutely! Our 'Custom Portal' is designed exactly for that. You can upload high-resolution images, logos, or even a scan of a hand-drawn sketch. We recommend using PNG or JPG files for the best results. If our design team notices any issues with the resolution of your upload, we will reach out to you personally before starting production.

Q. How do I care for my custom tumbler?

To ensure your custom design stays vibrant for years, we highly recommend hand-washing only. While our tumblers are high-performance and durable, the high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers can eventually degrade the finish and the custom artwork. Avoid soaking the exterior for long periods and do not use abrasive sponges on the design area.

We use premium, high-count cotton and poly-blends that are chosen for both comfort and design longevity. Most of our shirts are unisex 'retail fit,' meaning they are side-seamed and tailored for a modern look. Our hoodies and long-sleeve shirts are chosen for their softness and pre-shrunk properties to ensure the fit remains consistent after washing.

Yes, we love working on large projects! Whether you need shirts for a corporate event, tumblers for a wedding party, or magnets for a local fundraiser, we offer tiered pricing. Q. What is your return policy on custom items?

Because custom items are personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong size shipped, spelling error by our production team). If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can send a replacement immediately.

Q. Where do you ship from?

We are an independent studio based in the United States. We ship all orders directly from our workshop to ensure that the quality control is managed personally by our family team. We primarily use UPS and USPS to provide reliable tracking for all our customers.

Q. Is your site secure for payments?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors (like Stripe) to handle all transactions. La Tiendita Chapina does not store your full credit card information on our servers. Your security and privacy are extremely important to us.
